The Pencil Wedgee Store Purchasing Information

Answering a few questions you might have about purchasing an item listed in the Wedgee Store.
HOW TO ORDER:
How do I order something?	It's actually pretty easy. Just identify the item you wish to purchase and select the "Buy Now" button associated with that item. You will then be taken to the PayPal© website where your transaction can be processed.
Who handles the transaction?	PayPal© ... Over 100 million people use PayPal© worldwide to handle their everyday transactions.
Are they safe?	Absolutely! PayPal© has plenty of security measures in place to make sure that you and your financial information remains safe. But like anything, caution should always be exercised.
Do I need to sign-up with PayPal first?	No. You will be offered the option to either sign-in (if you have a previous account already) or you can pay as a guest using a credit card. It's very important that you make sure that your e-mail address is valid and entered correctly since this is the only means I have to contact you.
I have selected the "Buy Now" button and completed my transaction through PayPal. Now what?	Once I receive notification that a transaction has been made, I will then e-mail you the KEY that will unlock the timer from the game. You will not have to download anything else. I will enclose more information about what to do when I send this e-mail containing the KEY.
How long will it take to receive that e-mail?	Maximum time would be 24 hours. In reality it will be a much, much shorter time period. Remember that PayPal also has to verify your information as well as your credit card company. Normally this is taken care of within a couple of minutes but there may be situations that take a bit longer. If for ANY reason you don't hear from me after 24 hours then please feel free to contact me here and provide me with any transaction number that PayPal sent to you when you completed your purchase.
I'm sure that PayPal is safe but I am really nervous about ordering things online. Is there any other way to pay?	Sure! If you live in the United States, I will also be happy to take a check, money order, or even cash (if the amount is small). Just send me an e-mail here to let me know and I will "talk" with you about it.
What if I don't live in the United States. Are there any extra fees involved if I'm not using U.S. currency?	That's a good question. I believe there are small fees/costs involved to exchange currency from one thing to another. But too be honest, I really don't know how much that fee will be. Right now I am absorbing the transaction fees assocoated with each sale. If the exchange fees start to exceed the cost of the item in the first place, then I will need to start limiting who can order what. For right now though, anyone can place an order without having anything extra added to the total.
Is there a sales tax involved?	Yes, but that's something that the buyer(that's you) doesn't have to worry about. What you see listed, and the total amount you see when you get to PayPal, is the only thing you will be charged. There are no hidden fees involved.
